Cordoba Fire Coach Again
Cordoba – The team that became caretaker in La Liga, Cordoba, back fired his coach. They just kick Miroslav Djukic of coach seats.
Djukic was fired after Cordoba kept getting results sag. The club nicknamed Los Califas it swallowed an eight-game losing streak in the league.
Cordoba now slumped at the bottom of La Liga with the acquisition of 18 points in 27 games. They were within seven points from safety.
“This afternoon Cordoba fired coach Miroslav Djukic main team,” Cordoba wrote in a statement quoted by Sky Sports.
“The club Djukic thanked for the work, effort, and dedication that he gave and wish the best for him in the future.”
For a while, Cordoba will be led by youth team coach Jose Antonio Romero to the club to get a replacement Djukic.
Djukic is the second coach fired Cordoba on this season. He actually just worked since last October to replace Albert Ferrer, who also fired.
